  • North America: We proudly ship throughout the United States and Canada.
  • Delivery Timeframes:
    • Contiguous United States: Standard shipping typically takes 2-7 business days.
    • Canada: Deliveries are usually made within 3-10 business days.
    • Product deliveries to any remote areas or location can take upto additional 10 days.
  • Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number and estimated delivery date.

Shipping Costs

At Fizmo, we calculate shipping costs based on carrier rates and product specifics. Here’s how it works:

  • Carrier Rates: Shipping fees are determined by the rates provided by our partnered carriers.
  • Product Specifications: Factors such as package dimensions and weight influence the shipping cost.
  • Destination: The delivery location also affects the final shipping fee.

The exact shipping cost will be displayed during the checkout process after you provide your shipping address and select a shipping method.

Important Considerations

  • Address Accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Fizmo is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
  • Unforeseen Delays: While we strive to deliver on time, external factors such as weather or carrier issues may occasionally affect delivery times.

Returns & Exchanges

At Fizmo, we stand behind our products. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, our returns process is designed to be as hassle-free as possible.

Return Eligibility

  • 30-Day Return Window: You may return or exchange your product within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Condition Requirements: Items must be returned in new, unused condition, with all original packaging, accessories, and documentation included.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact Us: Email send mail with your order number and reason for the return.
  2. Return Authorization: Once approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed return instructions.
  3. Shipping the Return:
    • Defective/Damaged Items: If your product is defective or damaged, Fizmo will cover the return shipping costs.
    • Other Returns: For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Refunds & Exchanges

  • Inspection: Returned items will be inspected to ensure they meet our return criteria.
  • Processing: Refunds are issued within 7-10 business days after the return is received and approved. Refunds are credited to your original payment method.
  • Exchanges: If you opt for an exchange, the replacement product will be shipped once the returned product is received and approved.

Special Considerations

  • Custom Orders & Final Sale Items: Custom orders or items marked as “final sale” cannot be returned or exchanged.
